\nRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meetings of Council held on January 4th, 2012 and January 18th, 2012 shall be adopted as circulated.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending December 31st, 2011 and the updated Financial Statement for the period ending December 31st, 2011 shall be approved as presented.

\nRESOLVED THAT the members of the Minitonas Town Council do hereby go \u2018In Camera\u2019 in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act regarding Agenda Item No. 7.1 to the delegation of Barry Waito.

\nRESOLVED THAT the meeting of the Minitonas Town Council shall hereby re-open to the public.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Public Works Report for the month of January, 2012 shall be accepted as submitted by the Town Foreman, a copy of which is attached hereto.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nS. Windsor \u2013J. Caruk
\nWHEREAS the Public Works Employee Overtime Reports have been received & reviewed by Council;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable overtime hours recorded for the month of January, 2012 shall be paid out with the February 15, 2012 payroll or booked for future use as indicated on the aforementioned reports,
\ncopies of which have been attached hereto.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:15 pm to meet again for the next regular meeting of Council to be held on the 15th day of February, 2012 A.D.
