\nRESOLVED THAT the RM of Minitonas shall renew their membership in the Swan Valley Chamber of Commerce for 2012.

\nWHEREAS the Council of the Rural Municipality of Minitonas have revised and reviewed the position description for \u2018Public Works Labourer\u2019, and this position is currently vacant;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby adopt the revised job description, and shall place an ad in the local newspaper with a deadline for applications to be set for March 9th, 2012 at 4:00 pm.

\nRESOLVED THAT the RM of Minitonas Council shall hereby adopt the 2012 \u2018Salary Scales\u2019 as attached hereto;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Public Works Wages and Salaries for 2012 shall be set as per Schedule \u2018B\u2019 attached hereto.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Rural Municipality of Minitonas accepts the 2010 Audit Report as submitted and, as a result of the adjustments required under the new Public Sector Accounting Regulations, with a deficit in the amount of $28,378.00.
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT an ad be placed in the local newspaper to notify the public of the availability of the Audit Report for public scrutiny.
