\/>\nRESOLVED that Councillor Don Machan be appointed Deputy Reeve, and in the absence of the Reeve, is authorized to perform the duties of the Reeve on behalf of the Rural Municipality of Swan River.<br \/>\nCarried: <\/p>\n<p>EARL HRAPPSTEAD<br \/>\nRICHARD BARTESKI<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Rural Municipality of Swan River and the Town of Swan River have been involved in discussions regarding future land use and development planning and possible revenue sharing through the joint Planning for the Future Committee;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Rural Municipality of Swan River supports in principle the negotiation of a reveune sharing agreement on future commercial and industrial properties within both the R.M. of Swan River and the Town of Swan River.<br \/>\nLorne first time.<br \/>\nCarried: <\/p>\n<p>BRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Building Inspector Report to December 2011 be accepted as received and that expenses be paid.<br \/>\nCarried: <\/p>\n<p>GLEN FOSTER<br \/>\nTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the 2012 Budget Estimates submitted from the the Swan Valley Veterinary Services Board be accepted and added to the 2012 Financial Plan.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>TERRY NEELY<br \/>\nDON MACHAN<br \/>\nWHEREAS Section 163 of the Municipal Act provides that \u201ca council may adopt an interim operating budget to have effect only until the council adopts the operating budget for the fiscal year.\u201d<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following estimated interim operating budget be adopted for the year 2012:<br \/>\nGeneral Government Services   $165,000.00<br \/>\nProtective Services    $  50,000.00<br \/>\nTransportation Services    $350,000.00<br \/>\nEnvironmental Services    $  45,000.00<br \/>\nPublic Health &#038; Welfare   $  10,000.00<br \/>\nEnvironmental Development   $    5,000.00<br \/>\nEconomic Development    $  20,000.00<br \/>\nRecreation Services    $100,000.00<br accept the letter of notice of absence from the January 24, 2012 and February 14, 2012 Regular Council Meetings received from Reeve, Lorne Henkelman.<br \/>\nCarried: <\/p>\n<p>RICHARD BARTESKI<br \/>\nBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nRESOLVED that TAXervice be hired to process our 2012 Tax Sale, that 2011 be the designated year for tax arrears, that the Tax Sale be held on October 19, 2012 and that the Reeve be appointed the Designated Officer to bid on behalf of the Rural Municipality of Swan River.<br \/>\nCarried: <\/p>\n<p>BRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Rural Municipality of Swan River accept the attached 2012\/2013 Service Agreement as presented by the Town of Swan River and that the Reeve and CAO be authorized to sign said agreement.<br \/>\nCarried:  <\/p>\n<p>EARL HRAPPSTEAD<br \/>\nRICHARD BARTESKI<br \/>\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, this meeting go into camera and close the meeting to the public to address
