\"\"A Regular Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday November 29, 2011 in the Village Council Chambers.
\nPresent – Mayor Meadows;
\nDeputy Mayor Scouten; <\/br>
\nCouncilor Schneider; Councilor Offenberger; Councilor Zebinski
\nChief Administrative Officer – Pat Ellingson<\/p>\n

Delegation: RCMP District Commander Glen Siegersma; Detachment Commander, Cliff McKay – RCMP Community Communications
\nMaintenance Assistant Supervisor – William Woytkiw<\/p>\n

Mayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on November 8, 2011 be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nOFFENBERGER
\nRESOLVED that the agenda for the meeting held on November 29, 2011 be adopted as amended.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Financial Statement to the month ending October 31, 2011 be accepted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the November Maintenance report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Assistant Supervisor.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that sum of $5000.00 be hereby authorized for transfer from the Recreation Trust Fund to the Village of Benito General Operating Fund for the 2010 grant to the Benito and District Recreation Complex Roof Replacement project; and
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $5000.00 be herby authorized for transfer from the General Reserve to the General Operating Fund for the 2011 Grant to the Benito and District Recreation Complex Roof Replacement project as per budget and that payment of funds be authorized to the Benito & District Recreation Centre.

\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito authorize payment of the following as provided for in the 2011 Budget:
\n1. 2012 Swan Valley Host Society
\n2012 Summer Games Support $1381.00
\n2. Public School Finance Board
\nEducation Support Levy $6717.48
\n3. Swan Valley School Division
\nEducation Tax $25,678.37
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the annual Village Christmas Greeting ad be authorized for publication in the December 20th supplement of the Star & Times.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Village of Benito makes appointments to certain committees and boards as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 affixed hereto.

\nWHEREAS the employee overtime report has been received and reviewed by Council;
\nBE IT RESOLVED that the said report be approved for payment as presented.
