\nA Regular Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called to order at 7:00 pm on Tuesday October 25, 2011 in the Village Council Chambers.<\/br><\/p>\n

Present ~ Mayor Meadows; Deputy Mayor Scouten; Councilor Schneider; Councilor Offenberger; Councilor Zebinski
\nChief Administrative Officer ~ Pat Ellingson
\nDelegation: Maintenance Report, Maintenance Assistant Supervisor
\nMayor Meadows called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.<\/p>\n

\nSCOUTEN
\nRESOLVED that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on October 11, 2011 be accepted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nSCHNEIDER
\nOFFENBERGER
\nRESOLVED that the agenda for the meeting held on October 25, 2011 be adopted as amended.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the October Maintenance report be accepted as presented by the Maintenance Assistant Supervisor.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Financial Statement to the month ending September 30, 2011 be accepted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the fax\/printer and networking upgrade to office equipment as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto be approved; and
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the CAO be authorized to sign the required documents.

\nResolved that pursuant to Section 252(2) of the Municipal Act, the following outstanding water and sewer accounts be added to the respective Property Tax Roll:

\nRESOLVED that the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to attend the Professional Development Administration Seminar offered by the Manitoba Municipal Administrators Association in Brandon on December 2, 2011.
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that registration and expenses be authorized for payment.
\nDefeated.<\/p>\n

9.
\nWHEREAS the Employee overtime report has been received and reviewed by Council;
\nBE IT RESOLVED that the said report be approved for payment as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that we do adjourn the meeting at 10:17pm.
