He was arrested and has since been released by the court on a Recognizance to appear in Dauphin Provincial court on September 14, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The 16-year-old from Pine Creek faces a number of firearms related charges including:<\/p>\n<p>Pointing Firearm, Possess Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace, Careless Use of Firearm, Discharge Firearm with Intent wound\/maim\/disfigure, Person Possess Firearm knowing they are not the holder of a licence, Unauthorized Possession of Firearm and Fail to Comply with Condition of a Recognizance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RCMP Media Release | On August 5th, the 16-year-old male from Pine Creek sought in connection with this shooting contacted the RCMP and turned himself in.
