The driver ignored the lights and continued to drive erratically, drifting off the road or into oncoming traffic before self-correcting \u2013 all while going at speeds that fluctuated between 10 km\/h and 50 km\/h. After a period of time, the truck pulled over, the suspect was arrested and the truck was towed.<\/p>\n<p>While searching the vehicle, officers located and seized 15 grams of crack cocaine and $1,280 in cash. A search warrant was subsequently executed at a residence in Swan River, where various prescription pills, $4,300 in cash and drug paraphernalia was found and seized.<\/p>\n<p>Martin McKenzie, 46, of the RM of Mountain is charged with:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022            Drug possession for the purpose of trafficking;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022            Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022            Flight from peace officer; and<\/p>\n<p>\u2022            Failure to comply with release order condition.<\/p>\n<p>He was remanded into custody.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RCMP Media Release | On Sept. 11, at approximately 8:45 p.m., an officer from Swan River RCMP\u2019s General Investigation Section (GIS) on patrol in the community attempted to pull over a truck that was being driven erratically.
