\nWHEREAS Associated Engineering has reviewed all submissions and confirmed that the lowest compliant bid was submitted by Brandon Heating & Plumbing (1998) Ltd. in the amount of $221,491.71 plus GST falls within the anticipated budget; and
\nWHEREAS Associated Engineering has recommended that the Town award the contract to Brandon Heating & Plumbing (1998) Ltd.;
\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Town of Swan River awards the SVCU Aquatic Centre Pipe Hanger Replacement contract to Brandon Heating & Plumbing (1998) Ltd. in the amount of $221,491.71 plus GST, and authorizes Associated Engineering to issue the Notice of Award on behalf of the Town.
