and<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Town of Swan River has identified the Swan River Legion Park Revitalization Project as a priority initiative to enhance accessibility, safety, and usability of one of the community\u2019s most valued public spaces; and<br \/>\nWHEREAS the proposed project includes resurfacing and widening pedestrian pathways, upgrading park lighting and stage facilities, enhancing baseball diamonds, improving water fountains for both human and pet use, and installing security and connectivity features such as keypad locks and internet-enabled cameras; and<br \/>\nWHEREAS the total estimated project cost is $520,000, with funding proposed as follows:<br \/>\n\u00b7 $255,000 \u2013 Manitoba GRO Grant (requested)<br \/>\n\u00b7 $245,000 \u2013 Federal (Canada Community-Building Fund)<br \/>\n\u00b7 $10,000 \u2013 Municipal Recreation Reserve<br \/>\n\u00b7 $10,000 \u2013 Ineligible Project Costs;
