\nBE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandums of Agreement and Letters of Understanding for the 2025 to 2030 Collective Bargaining Agreement, as negotiated with CUPE Local 851, be approved, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to sign the Memorandums of Agreement and Letters of Understanding on behalf of the Town of Swan River.
