The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #39 hosted a supper for Fire Evacuees and Host families on June 6, 2025. We had an overwhelming response to our supper and fed approximately 260! <\/p>\n

\nWe would like to recognize and thank the following sponsors of our event – we cannot thank our community enough for the support we received.
\nNo Frills – sponsored the burgers, buns, salads and brought us bananas to give to evacuees
\nSwan Valley Coop – sponsored the ice cream and water
\nClub Sapp\/Ken Genaille – sponsored the fries and soft drinks for the event.
\nDenise Gogal gave us a beautiful hand crafted afghan to use as a door prize and a Flin Flon Evacuee won this cozy blanket. <\/p>\n

We would also like to thank our volunteers who stepped up to help – we didn’t have to look for help they just volunteered. <\/p>\n
