\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Town of Swan River sign the attached proposed development agreement with Johnson Controls in the amount of $28,500.00 to complete the work required to submit a grant application to the Federal Governments Green and Inclusive Community Buildings program.

\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the assessment alterations provided by Manitoba Assessment Services on September 23rd and 24th be made to the 2024 Property Tax Roll, with the resulting increases totaling $459.27 and the resulting reductions totaling $1,228.11.
