The 2024 Waldo event hosted by the Swan River Curling Club was another successful fundraising event for the Swan River Community Center. There were people of all ages with 34 teams and approximately 200 people that entered to find the 20 Waldo\u2019s that were dressed in costumes hiding in various locations around town. <\/p>\n

Teams were given instructions then a clue package that directed them to some of the Waldo\u2019s, but many of the Waldo\u2019s were in random locations as well. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Everyone enjoyed the excitement when they spotted a Waldo and the competitive spirit came out in a lot of people. Teams returned to the rink at 6:00pm where scores were tallied, winners were announced, and mystery prizes for all teams were handed out. Everyone had a BBQ supper and throughout the evening people had fun playing the games like pickleball, ping pong, corn hole and many others.
