\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby request the Public Utilties Board to transfer $11,639.73 from the Mafeking Utility Reserve Fund to cover these expenses.

\nAND WHEREAS legal action has been pursued by the purchaser in order to complete the land sale transaction as advertised;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby complete the subdivision of the NE 17-36-23W and enter into a sale agreement with the purchaser of Parcel # 4 (Roll # 278100.000);
\nAND THAT the Reeve and CAO be authorized to sign on behalf of the Municipality.
