\nAND WHEREAS there was no MPI claim made and therefore the Fire Department allowance for motor vehicles was not paid by MPI;
\nAND WHEREAS Council passed Resolution Number 2022\/337 to invoice the MPI claimable amount to the registered owner of the vehicle;
\nAND WHEREAS an application for appeal was made to Council and was considered along with all other evidence;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby:
\ncancel the original invoice as due and payable to the Municipality;
\nAND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT a policy be adopted that provides the Municipality not to invoice residents or ratepayers for unclaimable MPI charges for motor vehicle accidents on any road within the Municipality.

\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby cancel the sale of Parcels #3 (Roll Number 278120.000) and Parcel #4 (Roll Number 278100.000) from the 2023 Land Sale Auction and issue full refund of purchase price to the bidders;
