\nBE IT RESOLVED that Reeve Gade be authorized to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Municipality of Swan Valley West.

\nWHEREAS costs of fuel, maintenance and labour have increased since then:
\nNOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED that the cost for this service be increased to $200 annually.

\nWHEREAS the Rural Municipality of Livingston wishes to enter into an agreement with the Municipality of Swan Valley West for fire protection services; and
\nWHEREAS\u00a0 an agreement has been drafted for signing;
\nAnd Whereas the municipality proposes a $2,500 annual fee with hourly fees of $1500 for the first hour and $1000 for each hour thereafter;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West approve the agreement for signing and forward to the Rural Municipality of Livingston for approval and signing.
