\nWHEREAS the Municipality has requested that the LGD Vested parcels located at the SE 8-33-21W and the NE 8-33-21W be transferred back to the Municipality in order to facilitate an agreement;
\nAND WHEREAS while Title is in the process of being transferred, Council deemed it in the best interests of the Municipality to offer these parcels for lease;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby award the SE and NE 8-33-21W to the sole applicants Sweet Grass Ranch Ltd.;
\nAND THAT terms and conditions of the lease agreement shall be in accordance with the current Lease Agreement Policy.

\nWHEREAS the Swan Valley Airport Commission deem it necessary to register a caveat in favor of the Commission on the property where the Swan Valley Airport operates as it is legally registered to the Municipality of Swan Valley West;
\nAND WHEREAS in order to register the caveat in favor of all parties vested in the Swan Valley Airport Commission, each municipality must pass a resolution in favor of such;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby authorize the registration of a caveat in favor of the participating municipalities of the Swan Valley Airport Commission on the lands legally described in Schedule ‘A’ attached hereto;
