\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED\u00a0that a Public Hearing shall be held on April 25th, 2023 at 7:00 pm for the purpose of
\nreceiving presentations from those who may be interested in regards to the request for a Variation Order within
\nthe AG-Zone on the property known as DESC NE 34-35-28W. Specifically to permit a non farm property with a
\nsize of more than ten acres; and
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED\u00a0that all necessary advertising, mailing and posting of the notice for said hearing shall
