\nWHEREAS the Town of Swan River entered into a Municipal Gas Tax Agreement with the Province of Manitoba pursuant to the administrative agreement on the transfer of Federal Gas Tax Funds between Manitoba and Canada;
\nAND WHEREAS the Gas Tax Fund program has been renamed the Canada Community Building Fund;
\nAND WHEREAS the administrative agreement between Canada and Manitoba has been amended and documented in the letter agreement as per attached Schedule A;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Chief Administrative Officer sign the letter agreement dated February 17th, 2023 documenting amendment #1 of the Municipal Gas Tax Agreement between the Province of Manitoba and the Town of Swan River.
