\nand whereas the money would have otherwise been used to upgrade roads through capital projects;
\nand whereas a small portion of the 2022 budgeted amount was used to upgrade bridges;
\ntherefore be it resolved that we approved the transfer of $1,175,000 from the gas tax reserve fund to the general account for payment of fire hall, fire equipment and bridge upgrades.

\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has received an application for a Conditional Use Order on the property known as part of NE \u00bc Section 22-36-27W specifically to allow for the establishments related to harvesting of natural resources such as forestry within the \u201cAg\u201d Zone as allowed under Table 4-1 \u201cAG- Agriculture General Zone\u201d, Use and Bulk Table of the RM of Swan River Zoning By-Law No. 2383-04 and;
\nWHEREAS Notice of the Public Hearing was posted and delivered to adjacent landowners in accordance with Part 6 of the Planning Act and the municipality has not received any objections with respect to said application;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council of the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approve the aforementioned Conditional Use as per the Application dated November 1, 2022 and shall issue Conditional Use Order No. 2021-03 and;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Reeve or Deputy Reeve shall be authorized to sign said Order on behalf of the Municipality
