\nWHEREAS the Council of Swan Valley West verifies they have received and reviewed the Municipal Code of Conduct Appeals Director’s Report;
\nAND WHEREAS the Council accepts the report as presented in full;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Bill Gade is in breach of the Council Code of Conduct and the sanctions are upheld as defined in Resolution #06 dated August 10, 2021 effective the 5th day of December 2021.
