Pacamaniuk<br \/>\nCouncillors: G. Bartel, L. Hutman, C. Densen, W. Kolisnyk, S. Walmsley<br \/>\nInterim CAO: M. Grogan<br \/>\nFinance Officer: M. Lumax<\/p>\n<p>Reeve Pacamaniuk called the meeting to order at 6:00pm<\/p>\n<p>Res. 76\/2021 G. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda of the November 30, 2021 Regular Meeting of Council be approved as presented.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 77\/2021 L. Hutman \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the October 19,2021 Regular meeting of Council be approved<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 78\/2021 G. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT S. Walmsley shall be appointed as Finance Chair for the November Regular Meeting of Council.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 79\/2021 S. Walmsley &#8211; G. Bartel<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT Council authorize the payment of Municipal Accounts which include cheque No\u2019s 9925-10059 in the amount of $597,539.37<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 80\/2021 G. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 81\/2021 W. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the October 2021 Financial Statement be approved as presented.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>DELEGATIONS:<br \/>\n6:10pm Minitonas Fire Chief \u2013 Ken Malley<br \/>\nReeve Pacamaniuk welcomed Chief Malley to the meeting at 6:15pm.<br \/>\nChief Malley provided YTD reports on calls, Mutual Aid response and a Length of Service Report. Reeve Pacamaniuk Thanked Chief Malley, and<br \/>\nexcused him from the meeting at 6.27pm.<\/p>\n<p>Res 82\/2021 L. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT The Municipal offices shall be closed to the public at 12 noon December 24, 2021 and reopen at 8:30am January 3, 2022<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 83\/2021 L. Hutman \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT Subject to Regulation 53\/97 of The Municipal Act, The CAO be authorized to organize the destruction and disposal of records.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 84\/2021 S. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT Council designates 2020 as the year for which all properties in arrears of Taxes, may be offered for Tax Sale<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 85\/2021 L. Hutman \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT The October 2021 Animal Control Report be accepted as received.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 86\/2021 G. Bartel &#8211; W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT Kolton Leslie be hired as an Arena Assistant worker from November 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 87\/2021 G. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT Jamie Beals be hired to an Administrative Assistant Position.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 88\/2021 L. Hutman \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT The Regular Meeting of Council Scheduled for December 7, 2021 be Postponed to December 14, 2021<br \/>\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT The December 21, 2021 Regular Meeting of Council, be cancelled.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 89\/2021 S. Walmsley \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT Council and CAO be authorized to attend MOS in Brandon April 19-21, 2022<br \/>\nCarried<\/p>\n<p>Res 90\/2021 G. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT The CAO and CFO be authorized to attend MMAA Conference in Brandon April 24-27 2022<br \/>\nCarried<\/p>\n<p>Res 91\/2021 G. Bartel\u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT The Farmland Beaver reimbursement application submitted by Branconnier, for 32 beavers, be approved.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>*NOTE: Reeve Pacamaniuk called a recess 7:30pm-7:35pm<\/p>\n<p>Res 92\/2021 G. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT In accordance with Section 83(1)(d) of the Municipal Act, Council does now move in camera to discuss Legal and Employee issues;<br \/>\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT any item discussed while in camera must be kept confidential until the matter is discussed at a meeting of Council in public.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 93\/2021 S. Walmsley \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT Council now move out of camera and resume the Regular Meeting of Council.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Res 94\/2021 L. Hutman \u2013 S.
