IN CAMERA <\/p>\n<p>10.1 In Camera<br \/>\n2021-180<br \/>\nTyler Kushniryk<br \/>\nMatt Wills<br \/>\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT pursuant to Section 152(3) of The Municipal Act, Council shall meet as a committee of the whole to close the meeting and continue discussions in-camera regarding:<br \/>\n\u2022 Personnel matters;<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiations\/Preliminary Discussions;<br \/>\n\u2022 Unresolved Legal Matters;<br \/>\n\u2022 Investigation or Enforcement of an Act or By-Law;<br \/>\n\u2022 Security of RM documents or property; and\/or<br \/>\n\u2022 Ombudsman Report<br \/>\nCARRIED <\/p>\n<p>10.2 Adjourn In Camera<br \/>\n2021-181<br \/>\nDarryl Pierrepont<br \/>\nMatt Wills<br \/>\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT pursuant to Section 152(4) of The Municipal Act, this meeting shall be re-opened to the public.<br \/>\nCARRIED <\/p>\n<p>10.3 Resolutions arising from In Camera Discussions <\/p>\n<p>10.3.1 Special Services Recyling<br \/>\n2021-182<br \/>\nTyler Kushniryk<br \/>\nDarryl Pierrepont<br \/>\nWHEREAS Section 312 of The Municipal Act provides in part as follows: &#8220;if approved by by-law, a municipality may provide, as a special service to all or part of a municipality, one or more of the following;<br \/>\ne) the collection and transportation of waste or recyclable materials;<br \/>\nAND WHEREAS Council believes it to be in the best interest of the municipality to establish a Special Service to provide for the<br \/>\ncollection and transportation of recyclable materials for a portion of the municipality;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council hereby proposes that the Special Service be instituted for the collection and transportation of recyclable materials in accordance with the provisions of The Municipal Act;<br \/>\nAND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council directs staff to prepare the applicable By-law and proposal for the collection and transportation of recyclable materials which shall include:<br \/>\n1. A description of the proposed service<br \/>\n2. A description of the area of the municipality to which the service is to be provided and in respect of which the Special Tax is to be imposed;<br \/>\n3. The estimated cost of the service; and<br \/>\n4.
