\nWHEREAS Xplornet Communication has requested the use of land on Thunderhill for a communication tower, and the Municipality and Xplornet have come to agreement on a Gound Site Agreement covering lease amount and the land use;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of Swan Valley West does hereby approve the Gound Site Agreement as presented.

4.7 Subdivision Application

\nWHEREAS the owners of PT. SW 14 SEC. 23-36-27 WPM have made an application to subdivide their property. As the intent of the
\napplication is to create parcel A, B, C to accommodate for shared access; and;
\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the Conditional Approval letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated September 23rd, 2021 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the Subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions and requirements set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.

\nWHEREAS Subsection 369(1) of the Municipal Act provides as follows;
\n369(1) A municipality may cancel or adjourn an auction of a particular property at any time before it begins if (b) the property owner enters into an agreement with the municipality for payment of the arrears and costs
\nWHEREAS a property owner requested to enter into an agreement with the municipality for payments of the 2019, 2020, 2021 taxes and costs.
\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby agree to this payment arrangement and removal of the 2021 tax sale list for said property and;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Reeve shall be authorized to sign such an agreement on behalf of the municipality.

\nupdated quotes as requested from the selected tendering vendors and have given verbal recommendation to accept the quote from PIER Solutions;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of Swan Valley West does hereby accept the quote for the Crestview Bridge for
\n$236,834.50 and the quote for the Wittmier Bridge for $259,483.50 from PIER Solutions.
\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Reeve will sign the Construction Management Agreement on behalf of the Municipality
