\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

2.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\nRESOLVED THAT the following Council Minutes shall be adopted as circulated:
\nRegular meeting December 15, 2020
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner
\n\tRESOLVED THAT Leanne Hutman shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

4.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 8781 to 8948 inclusive, amounting to $876,044.95.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending November 2020 shall be approved as presented.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of December 2020 be accepted as submitted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council meeting scheduled for February 2, 2021 be cancelled.

9.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 G. Bartel
\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to apply for two (2) youth positions for summer 2021 under the Manitoba Green Team Grant.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tL. Hutman \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to apply for two (2) youth positions for the summer months under the Canada Summer Jobs Program 2021.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT the Swan Valley Veterinary Services District Financial Statements ending December 31, 2019 be received.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\nWHEREAS Council has reviewed their committee appointments;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached committee appointments shall be approved.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby appoint Garry Bartel as Deputy Reeve of the Municipality.

14.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 01-2021, being a by-law of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman to prescribe a fee chargeable for tax certificates, shall be introduced and read a first time this 19th day of January, 2021 A.D.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 01-2021, being a by-law of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman to prescribe a fee chargeable for tax certificates, shall be introduced and read a second time this 19th day of January, 2021 A.D.

\nRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

17.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 D. Wagner
\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

18.\tL. Hutman \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\nRESOLVED THAT the Council is in favor of extending the Public Works casual contract position with Ashley Beals until March 9, 2021.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

19.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 G. Bartel
\nRESOLVED THAT the Council is in favor of extending the Public Works temporary position with Matt Wills until March 9, 2021.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

20.\tL. Hutman \u2013 G. Bartel
\nRESOLVED THAT the CAO is hereby authorized to sign the agreement with Swan Valley Veterinary Clinic as attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

21.\tC. Densen \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman submit a letter of support confirming our interest in a Multi-community Project Application to the Universal Broadband Fund.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

22.\tL. Hutman \u2013 D. Wagner
\nRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:18 p.m. to meet again on February 16, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of Council.
