\nWHEREAS the Community Foundation promotes a variety of programs, activities and iniatives within the valley;
\nAND WHEREAS the Community Foundation is a vehicle for donors to contribute their cash, trusts, bequests or real property to create permanent endowments that will build and improve our Swan Valley Community;
