\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to adopt the following interim Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year 2021:

\nRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of November 2020 be accepted as submitted.

\nWHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman is aware Manitoba Infrastructure\u2019s intention to install a round-a-bout at the intersection of PTH #10 and PTH#83; and
\nWHEREAS the Valley is dependent upon the forestry\/agriculture industries that are served by large equipment\/trucks which require large unobstructed intersections; and
\nWHEREAS the residents of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman have expressed negative opinions towards the installation of the proposed round-a-bout;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman encourages residents to make their views known by contacting the Member of the Legislative Assembly, Rick Wowchuk.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
11.\tL. Hutman \u2013 C. Densen
\nWHEREAS the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman has By-law No. 06\/2017 respecting unsightly and untidy premises, nuisances and dangers to public safety and health; and
\nWHEREAS the Property Committee has issued \u201cWarning Notices\u201d to the property owner to rectify the violation by a specific date; and
\nWHEREAS these violations have not been rectified by the required date; and
\nWHEREAS the Public Health Authority has inspected the premises and has issued an Order;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council issue an order as attached as Schedule \u201cA\u201d.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council meeting scheduled for January 5, 2021 be cancelled.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman hereby does grant a medical leave of absence to Councillor Walter Kolisnyk until March 31, 2021, at which time it will be reviewed.
