\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman hereby supports and approves the application for the Bowsman Fire Department through the Fire Prevention Grant;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the CAO be authorized to sign on behalf of the Municipality.

\nWHEREAS Council recognizes the need to have a committee appointed to look after the former middle early years school;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached committee appointments shall be approved.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the assessment changes as listed by Manitoba Local Government \u2013 Swan River Assessment Office dated August 28, 2020 a copy of which are attached hereto;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the necessary changes be made to the 2020 Assessment Roll, under the authority of Sections 300(6) and 326 of The Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT Council is in favor of extending the Public Works temporary position with Matt Wills until January 15, 2021.

\nRESOLVED THAT Council is in favor of extending the Public Works casual contract position with Ashley Beals until January 15, 2021.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman hereby accepts the attached quotation for scrap metal disposal from the Bowsman and Minitonas landfill sites.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby grant leave of Council to Walter Kolisnyk for the three consecutive regular Council meetings not attended on September 29th, October 6th, and October 20th.
