\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

2. C. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\nRESOLVED THAT the following Council Minutes shall be adopted as circulated:
\nRegular meeting August 18, 2020
\nSpecial meeting August 31, 2020
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

3. D. Wagner \u2013 L. Hutman
\nRESOLVED THAT Courtney Denson shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 8330-8455 inclusive, amounting to $236,977.23.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending August 31, 2020 shall be approved as presented.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of August 2020 be accepted as submitted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

8. L. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley
\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the assessment changes as listed by Manitoba Local Government \u2013 Swan River Assessment Office dated August 21, 2020 a copy of which are attached hereto;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the necessary changes be made to the 2020 Assessment Roll, under the authority of Sections 300(6) and 326 of The Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

10. S. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen
\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

11. G. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen
\nRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to the Tent Town Garden Club\u2019s request for funding in the amount of $2,381.50 for completion of \u201cPhase Two\u201d in the \u201cLearners Street Park Upgrades\u201d project.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

12. C. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman
\nRESOLVED THAT the CAO by hereby authorized to sign the Partnership Agreement with the Minitonas First Baptist Housing Corporation as required by the Community Foundation of Swan Valley.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 9:30 p.m. to meet again on October 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of Council.
