\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

2.\tC. Densen \u2013 S. Walmsley
\nRESOLVED THAT the Council minutes for regular meeting August 5, 2020 shall be adopted as amended.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT Walter Kolisnyk shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

4.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 8225-8329 inclusive, amounting to $251,360.72.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for the month ending July 31, 2020 shall be approved as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending July 31, 2020 shall be approved as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of July 2020 be accepted as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

9.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen
\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) provided by the Manitoba Water Services Board for the operation and maintenance of the Minitonas and Bowsman Water Treatment Plants effective April 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2025.
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer shall be authorized to sign said MOU on behalf of the Municipality.

10.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

11.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

12.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley
\nRESOLVED THAT the Swan Lake Watershed District 2020-2021 Annual Levy (Fiscal Year ending March 31, 2021) be accepted as presented and attached hereto.

\nRESOLVED THAT Minitonas Waste Disposal Facility, Permit No.8698 P1 and Bowsman Waste Disposal Facility, Permit No.8622 P1 be received.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to extend the Public Works Temporary\/Term Contract position with Kirby McKay until September 15, 2020.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:00 p.m. to meet again on September 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of Council.
