\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of Council held this 9th day of June, 2020 shall be adopted as amended;

\nRESOLVED that the Minutes for the Regular Meeting of the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West held on May 26th, 2020 shall be adopted as received.

\nWHEREAS the owners of PT. SE \u00bc SEC. 33-34-28 WPM have made an application to subdivide their property, and;
\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated June 3rd, 2020 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the Subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions and requirements set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.

\nRESOLVED that the following Animal Control Reports shall be received by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West;
\n-Rural Animal Control Officer\u2019s Report for the month of May, 2020
\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for the above services shall be approved as submitted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the following Animal Control Reports shall be received by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West;
\n-urban Animal Control Officer\u2019s Report for the month of May, 2020
\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for the above services shall be approved as submitted.

\nRESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Swan Valley West hereby approved funding in the amount of $887.50 for upgrades of the Swan Valley chamber of Commerce to reface the exterior of the Tourism building.

\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approved the following payments:
\nIndemnities Cheques #3147 to #3156 in the amount of $11,251.50

10. MATT WILLS
\nTYLER KUSHNIRYK
\nWHEREAS the Municipality of Swan Valley West has received quotes for Mobile Radios for the Tandem Truck and replacement complete with antennas;
\nAND WHEREAS the purchase will be through Prairie Security at the cost of $1,470.04 includes tax, for the most cost effective and efficient option.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West work with the Town of Swan River to resolve the drainage issue at #275 and 2nd Ave NW to enable MB Infrastructure to rebuild PR #275.

\nRESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West will purchase animal cages for the Animal Control Officers to use.

\nWHEREAS the Financial Manager\/Assistant CAO position is currently vacant;
\nAND WHEREAS Council believes it to be in the best interest of the municipality to have the position filled on an interim contracted basis;
\nTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Council authorize the Reeve to sign the Contract (attached as Schedule \u201cA\u201d) to this resolution between the Municipality of Swan Valley West and James Webb for the provision of services related to the Financial Manager\/Assistant CAO position.
