G. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tD. Wagner \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on June 9, 2020 and Special Meeting held June 15, 2020 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Walter Kolisnyk shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 7970 to 8065 inclusive, amounting to $133,260.76.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tC. Densen \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending May 31, 2020 shall be approved as presented.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tG. Bartel \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for the month ending May 31, 2020 shall be approved as presented.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tL. Hutman \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of May 2020 be accepted as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Swan Valley RISE Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 2019 be received.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>11.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT all members of Council as well as the CAO shall be authorized to attend the G4 meeting hosted by the Town of Swan River on June 22, 2020.<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said meeting will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>12.\tL. Hutman \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Council agrees to hire the attached summer Labourer positions to start June 23, 2020.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>13.\tL. Hutman \u2013 D.
