Including over 30 years in municipal politics, serving seven years, from 1988 to 1995 as councillor, and 23 years, from 1995 to 2018 as Mayor. Glen has been instrumental in the development of initiatives by heading council and serving on countless committees including the G7(G5 now), doctor recruitment, multiple recreation initiatives, upgrades to utility infrastructure, Medical Recruitment Fund, and the Health Foundation to name a few.<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Century Bay in Development Plan # 34203 be legally re named to McKenzie Bay.<br \/>\nCARRIED <\/p>\n<p>8.3 Resolution No: 2020-320<br \/>\nPR #275 Drainage Project -Request for Initial support<br \/>\nMoved By: David Moriaux<br \/>\nSeconded By: Duane Whyte<br \/>\nRESOLVED the Town of Swan River be in support of a joint drainage project between the Town of Swan River, Municipality of Swan Valley West, and the Province of Manitoba.
