Pacamaniuk<br \/>\nCouncillors:  G. Bartel, L. Hutman , C. Densen, S. Walmsley, D. Wagner, and W. Kolisnyk.<br \/>\nCAO:  Patti Simpson<\/p>\n<p>1. S. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tD. Wagner \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on May 26th, 2020 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tL. Hutman \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman hereby requests the Minister of Municipal Relations grant a 30 day extension to submit our Financial Plan for 2020.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT Councillor Densen\u2019s written Committee Reports be received.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT we the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman would like to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement with The Manitoba Water Services Board respecting the operation and maintenance of the Minitonas Water Treatment Plant and the Bowsman Water Treatment Plant to March 31, 2025.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W.
