Pacamaniuk<br \/>\nCouncillors:  G. Bartel, C. Densen, S. Walmsley, W. Kolisnyk and L. Hutman.<br \/>\nCAO:  Patti Simpson<br \/>\nPresent by Electronic Communication:<br \/>\nCouncillor D. Wagner<\/p>\n<p>1. S. Walmsley \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tL. Hutman \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on April 7th, 2020 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tL. Hutman \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Garry Bartel shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 7756 to 7861 inclusive, amounting to $147,407.00.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending March 31, 2020 shall be approved as presented.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tD. Wagner \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of March 2020 be accepted as submitted.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman has reviewed and approved the attached quote for gravel crushing;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Reeve and CAO are hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the Municipality.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tD. Wagner \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman agrees to accept the attached quote for the loading &#038; hauling of Municipal road gravel for 2020.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tG. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT 2020 aggregate transport levy will be set at $.60\/yard.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>11.\tD. Wagner \u2013 L.
