Pacamaniuk<br \/>\nCouncillors:  C. Densen, L. Hutman, S. Walmsley, D. Wagner and W. Kolisnyk.<br \/>\nCAO:  Patti Simpson<br \/>\nAbsent with Notice: Councillor G. Bartel<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n5.11\t\tAMM visit<br \/>\n8.5 \u2013 8.7\tAMM<\/p>\n<p>Additional Correspondence:<br \/>\n7.2\t\tMNP<br \/>\n7.3\t\tParkland Regional Library<br \/>\n7.4\t\tCell-Tek<\/p>\n<p>1. W. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on February 18th and Special meeting held February 28th, 2020 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending January 31, 2019 shall be approved as presented.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby appoint approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u201cIn Camera\u201d as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tC. Densen \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tC. Densen \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO and all Council members at the MNP presentation March 17, 2020;<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses shall be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-laws.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\nRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby accept the following from the Parkland Regional Library:<br \/>\n\t2019 Annual Report<br \/>\n\t2020 budget<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the invoice for the 2020 Municipal Levy shall be approved for payment.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tL. Hutman \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the Reeve at the MOS &#038; Trade Show in Brandon April 15th \u2013 16th, 2020;<br \/>\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses shall be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-laws.<br \/>\n\tCarried<\/p>\n<p>10.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council is in favor of extending the Public Works casual contract position until April 7th, 2020.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>11.\tC. Densen \u2013 S.
