\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby appoint Garry Bartel as Deputy Reeve of the Municipality for 2020.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 8:00 pm to open the Public Hearing regarding a Conditional Use Application.

\n\tWHEREAS the Public Hearing regarding a Conditional Use Application is now adjourned;<\/p>\n
\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby reconvene the regular meeting of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman at 8:30 p.m.

\n\tWHEREAS the opinions and taxation of the of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman ratepayers regarding the purchase of the former Minitonas Early Years School are to be respected; and<\/p>\n
\tWHEREAS the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council has voted in favour to purchase the Minitonas Early Years School;<\/p>\n
\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipality present the following at a public meeting before any agreement to purchase is signed:
\nPlanned use of the facility
\nEstimated income
\nEstimated costs
\nFunding formula

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council is in favour of extending the Public Works casual contract position until February 4, 2020.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of December 2019 be accepted as submitted.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve a grant in the amount of $800 to the Tent Town Garden Club for community beautification for 2020.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to allow the Tent Town Garden Club to use the Council Chambers for their meetings in 2020 as per the attached.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:25 p.m. to meet again on February 4, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. for the next regular meeting of Council.
