Pacamaniuk<br \/>\nCouncillors: G. Bartel, S. Walmsley, L. Hutman, C. Densen, W. Kolisnyk and D. Wagner<br \/>\nCAO: Patti Simpson<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n4.9 Road Survey<\/p>\n<p>1. G. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on December 17th, 2019 and Special meeting of Council held on December 30th, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bowsman Office shall be open on the following dates:<br \/>\n\t\tEvery Thursday and the last working day of each month.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tD. Wagner \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to apply for a youth position for the summer months under the Canada Summer Jobs Program 2020.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to apply for three (3) youth positions for summer 2020 under the Manitoba Green Team Grant.<br \/>\n\tCarried. \t<\/p>\n<p>7.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS Council has reviewed their committee appointments;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached committee appointments shall be approved.<br \/>\nCarried. <\/p>\n<p>8.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to renew the Building Inspector agreement with Dale Rose, as per the attached.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u201cIn Camera\u201d as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>11.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council is in favor of extending the Public Works casual contract position until January 21, 2020.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>12.\tC. Densen \u2013 D.
