Kolisnyk<\/p>\n<p>Delegations:<br \/>\n5.1\tTent Town Garden Club at 7:30 p.m. (Linda Leslie)<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n\t3.12\tBowsman Shop<\/p>\n<p>1. G. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on November 19, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tL. Hutman \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expenses Reports as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tG. Bartel \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached.<br \/>\nCarried.\t<\/p>\n<p>5.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Office will be closed on December 6th and 27th, 2019.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council is in favor of extending the Public Works casual contract position until December 17, 2019.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Reeve by hereby authorized to sign the \u2018Agreement for Contract Services\u2019 for the position of Relief Handi-Van Driver.<br \/>\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the position be under agreement for contract services and shall be paid in accordance with the pay schedule and in accordance with the position description.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman do hereby agree to go \u201cIn Camera\u201d as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to purchase a sand spreader.<br \/>\nCarried. <\/p>\n<p>11.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Councillor Densen\u2019s written Committee Reports be received.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>12.\tD. Wagner \u2013 L.
