\n\tRESOLVED THAT that Courtney Densen shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this Council meeting.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on November 5th shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of October 2019 be accepted as submitted.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 8:00 p.m. to open the Public Hearing regarding a Kennel Application.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 7181 to 7296 inclusive, amounting to $1,671,279.86.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for the month ending October 31, 2019 shall be approved as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council is in favor of extending the Public Works casual contract position until December 3, 2019.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
10.\tL. Hutman \u2013 D. Wagner
\n\tRESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the assessment changes as listed by Manitoba Local Government \u2013 Swan River Assessment Office, a copy of which are attached hereto;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the necessary changes me made to the 2019 Assessment Roll, under the authority of Sections 300(6) and 326 of The Municipal Act.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve attendance of three (3) members of Council at the AMM Education \u2013 Respectful Workplace: Ending Harassment and Bullying in Brandon November 25, 2019 and;
\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said course will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u201cIn Camera\u201d as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of Council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Councillor Densen\u2019s written Committee Reports be received.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:46 p.m. to meet again on December 3rd at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
