Pacamaniuk<br \/>\nCouncillors; G. Bartel, S. Walmsley, C. Densen, W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\nCAO, Patti Simpson<\/p>\n<p>Absent with Notice:<br \/>\nCouncillors:  L. Hutman and D. Wagner<\/p>\n<p>Delegations:<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n3.4  \tRISE Meeting<br \/>\n3.5 \tBowsman Shop<\/p>\n<p>1. G. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the regular meeting of Council held on September 24th, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT all members of Council as well as the CAO shall be authorized to attend the G5 meeting hosted by the Municipality of Swan Valley West on October 7th, 2019.<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said meeting will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tG. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tC. Densen \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT all members of Council as well as the CAO shall be authorized to attend the upcoming AMM Convention in Brandon, Manitoba November 24th \u2013 27th, 2019.<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said meeting will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C.
