\nRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman is hereby accepted as submitted.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Swan Valley Historical Museum Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2018 be received.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

9. D. Wagner – C. Densen
\nRESOLVED THAT the Board of Revision date for the 2020 Assessment Roll will be set for October 15, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. and that the appeal deadline is September 30, 2019;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT an ad shall be placed in the Star and Times given public notice; and
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all members of Council shall be appointed as members of the Board of Revision, that the Reeve Walter Pacamaniuk shall be appointed as the Chairperson, and that C.A.O. Patti Simpson shall be appointed as the Recording Secretary to hear appeals to the real property, personal property and business property assessment roll for 2020.

\nRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘in Camera’ as Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Hall rent be waived for the seasonal flu immunization clinic on November 6, 2019.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:48 p.m. to meet again on September 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
