\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.

\nRESOLVED THAT the meeting minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on July 16th and minutes of the Special meetings of Council held on July 18th and July 24th shall be adopted as circulated.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

4. G. Bartel – D. Wagner
\nWHEREAS the Community & Regional Planning Branch has reviewed the application (File No. 4149-19-7521) for subdivision of PT. SW 1\/4 SEC. 35-36-26 WPM (RANHART FARMS INC.) on behalf of the Municipality and finds it to be in compliance with the Zoning By-Law for the RM of Minitonas; and
\nWHEREAS the proposed subdivision meets the provincial criteria for a subdivision; and
\nWHEREAS the application has been reviewed by the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, and found to be acceptable by the members of Council;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of the Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned parcel of land on the condition that all requirements from all Provincial Government Departments are met as per the details submitted to the Municipality by Manitoba Municipal Relations, Community & Regional Planning services dated June 27, 2019.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Swan Valley Planning District Board December 31, 2018 Audited Financial Statements be received.

\nRESOLVED THAT the attached quote (#190733W) for Goulds submersible pump for the Minitonas Water Treatment Plant be accepted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n
7. C. Densen – L. Hutman
\nRESOLVED THAT the attached estimate (#20191165) for repairs on the Bowsman Fire Truck be accepted; and
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT a replacement apparatus be rented while the repairs are being done so protective services will still be provided.

\nRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.

\nWHEREAS Council has received a letter regarding an interest in purchasing the property known as DESC Lot 30 Plan 3129 in Minitonas form the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman; and
\nWHEREAS Council has reviewed the plans for this property and are in agreement to the sale;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council does hereby agree to sell DESC Lot 30 Plan 3129 (Roll #239900)in Minitonas as per the attached.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Municipality place an eighth page ad in the Swan Valley & Area Recreation & Leisure Guide.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do no adjourn at 9:58 p.m. to meet again on August 20th at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting council.
