Walmsley<\/p>\n<p>Delegations:<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n4.11  \tFall Clean-Up<br \/>\n5.8 \tBowsman School Drainage<\/p>\n<p>1. W. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Walter Kolisnyk shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the regular meeting of Council held on August 20th, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 6936 to 7074 inclusive, amounting to $230,785.25.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5\tD. Wagner \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the following month ending August 31, 2019 be approved as presented.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Report as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tD. Wagner \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of August 2019 be accepted as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we designate October 21st \u2013 25th as Fall Cleanup Week in Minitonas and Bowsman.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Reeve and CAO be hereby authorized to sign the \u201cOffer of Employment\u201d for Thomas Sevcenko for the position of Office Clerk.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tW.
