Special Meeting of the members of the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, held in the Council Chambers, in Minitonas, Manitoba this 24th day of July, 2019 A.D. at 3:00 p.m.

\n<\/br>The purpose of the special meeting is to give 3rd reading to the 2019 Financial Plan (By-Law No. 01-2019), authorize the offers of employment for Sheila Hawkins (ACAO) and Meghan Lumax (Finance Clerk) and to amend signing authorities.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 1\/2019, being a By-Law of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman for the purpose of adopting a Financial Plan for the 2019 Fiscal Year, shall be read a third time this 24th day of July, 2019 A.D., signed by the Reeve, and signed and sealed by the Chief Administrative Officer.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to amend the signing authorities for all Documents, Cheques or Transfer Slips, at the Swan Valley Credit Union, to either one of the C.A.O., Patti Simpson or Assistant C.A.O., Sheila Hawkins together with either one of the Reeve, Walter Pacamaniuk or Deputy Reeve, Garry Bartel.
