Pacamaniuk<br \/>\nCouncillors; S. Walmsley, L. Hutman, C. Densen, G. Bartel &#038; D. Wagner<br \/>\nC.A.O; P. Simpson<\/p>\n<p>Councillor S. Walmsley left the meeting at 7:45 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Absent with Notice:<br \/>\nCouncillor W. Kolisnyk<\/p>\n<p>1. G. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Doug Wagner shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on June 4th, shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 6630 to 6737 inclusive, amounting to $217,187.74.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for the month ending May 31st, 2019 shall be approved as presented.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tL. Hutman \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman will receive funding for 4 summer employment positions;<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council agrees to the attached list of summer laborers.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached;<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>11.\tG. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept the Swan Valley Airport Commission 2019 Budget as attached.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>12.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept the Swan Valley Veterinary Services District 2019 Budget as attached.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>13.\tL. Hutman \u2013 G.
