\/>\n\tDARRYL PIERREPONT<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West\tdoes hereby agree to accept the recommendation of the Rural Public Works Lead Hand and shall call back seasonal public works employee Daniel Hrabarchuk and extend hours of work for Landfill Attendant Mark Prieston to fill seasonal Public Works Labourer positions effective immediately.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>5.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\n\tBILL GADE<br \/>\nWHEREAS on May 24th, 2019 Patricia Ellingson, Benito Office Manager, tendered her written notice of retirement;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the members of Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West do hereby accept Patricia Ellingson\u2019s notice, with regrets, and;<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that her effective date of retirement shall be Friday, June 28th, 2019.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>**Councillor Pierrepont\t withdrew from meeting at 7:11 pm, upon declaring an interest in \/>\n\tBILL GADE<br \/>\nRESOLVED that we do hereby adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 7:15 pm to  open the Public Hearing regarding the Variation Application concerning the property known as Lot 1 and 2 on the NW \u00bc of Section 11-38-27 WPM;<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we shall reconvene the Regular Meeting of Council immediately following the adjournment of said Public the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby receive the Bank Reconciliation and Financial Statements for the period ending April 30th, 2019 as presented.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>11.\tMATT WILLS<br \/>\n\tBILL GADE<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the following Grant be approved for payment, to Swan Valley Settlement Services and provided for in the 2019 Financial Plan:<br \/>\nSwan Valley Settlement Services \t$4800.00<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>12.\tBILL GADE<br \/>\n\tTYLER KUSHNIRYK<br \/>\nRESOLVED that Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West do hereby approve, payment of 50% of the invoice received from Swan Valley RISE dated April 23rd, 2019 in the amount of $23,756.64.<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West shall put no further funds forward if costs arise from over expenditures.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>13.\tMATT WILLS<br \/>\n\tDARRYL PIERREPONT<br \/>\nWHEREAS invoice #002 from Valley in the Mountain Tourism, dated April 9th, 2019, has been submitted to the municipality for payment, and;<br \/>\nWHEREAS the portion of said invoice applying to the Parkland Tourism Membership has previously been paid;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West do hereby approve payment of the portion of the invoice applying to Valley in the \tMountains Tourism.<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that future participation must be pre-approved.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>14.\tTYLER KUSHNIRYK<br \/>\n\tMATT WILLS<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the following Grant be approved for payment, and provided for in the 2019 Financial Plan:<br \/>\nKenville Community Beautification in Care of Kenville Community Hall for $610.13.<br \/>\nCarried: <\/p>\n<p>15.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\n\tDARRYL PIERREPONT<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby agree to purchase 5000 cubic yards of gravel from Strilkiwski Contracting Ltd. as per quote received May 21, 2019.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>16.\tMATT WILLS<br \/>\n\tBILL GADE<br \/>\nWHEREAS  the Municipality of Swan Valley West has received notice from Manitoba Municipal Relations with regard to review of the Conditional Use Threshold for Livestock Operations, and;<br \/>\nWHEREAS the municipality does not wish to amend the zoning by-law at this time;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West shall leave the thresholds at 300 animal units as currently stated in our Zoning By-Law No. 2383-04.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>17.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\n\tMATT WILLS<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approve the attendance of the following person at the Association for Community Living AGM &#038; Luncheon to be held on June 11th, 2019;<br \/>\nReeve, William Galloway<br \/>\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Reeve Galloway will present the yearly
