SW \u00bc SEC. 5-37-29 WPM have made an application to subdivide their property, and;<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated April 16, 2019 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the Subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions and requirements set out in said  \tletter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>8.\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\n\tDARRYL PIERREPONT<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the owners of PT. SW \u00bc SEC. 16-36-27 WPM have made an application to subdivide their property, and;<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated April 24th, 2019 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the Subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions and requirements set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>9.\tBILL GADE<br \/>\n\tMATT WILLS<br \/>\nRESOLVED that a Public Hearing shall be held on May 28th, 2019 at 7:15 pm for the purpose of receiving presentations from those who may be interested as related to the Request for a Variance Order regarding to vary the Maximum Site Area for Lot 1 from 10 acres to 14.22 acres and for Lot 2 from 10 acres to 19.43 acres within the \u201cAg\u201d Agricultural Zone\u201d on the property known as the NW \u00bc of Section 11-38-27 WPM and;<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all necessary advertising, mailing and posting of the notice for said hearing shall be made in accordance with The Planning Act.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>10.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED that the following Animal Control Report shall be received by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West;<br \/>\nRural Animal Control Officer\u2019s Report for the month of April, 2019<br \/>\nUrban Animal Control Officer\u2019s Report for the month of April, 2019<br \/>\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for the above services shall be approved as submitted.<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>11.\tDARRYL PIERREPONT<br \/>\n\tMATT WILLS<br \/>\nRESOLVED that Swan River Fire Department Response Report for the month of April, 2019 shall be received by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>12.\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\n\tDARRYL PIERREPONT<br \/>\nWHEREAS Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West feels it is important to support volunteer organizations of the Swan Valley, who provide services and support to ratepayers, and;<br \/>\nWHEREAS the following organizations are making application for funding under the Building Sustainable Communities Program;<br \/>\n \tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West will provide a letter of support for the application to the following organizations;<br \/>\n1. The Swan Valley Historical Museum<br \/>\n2. Benito Legion Ladies Auxiliary<br \/>\nCarried:<\/p>\n<p>13.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\nMATT WILLS<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approve the following payments:<br \/>\nGeneral Cheques #15246 to #15286 in the amount of                 $169,190.40<br \/>\nPayroll Payments #2572 to #2601 in the amount of                       $39,131.56<br \/>\nCouncil Indemnity Payments #2602 to #2611 in the amount of     $8,378.64<br \/>\nFor a Grand Total of                                                                             $216,700.60\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCarried:<\/p>\n<p>**Reeve William Galloway removed himself from the meeting at 11:37 pm, with reference to the May 14th, 2019 Agenda, Item #9.3, Resolution #14, disclosed a personal interest in the matter before Council.<\/p>\n<p>14.\tGLEN FOSTER<br \/>\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approve the attendance of the following persons at the 2019 Parkland District Meeting to be held at the Richardson Pioneer Community Hall in Gilbert Plains, MB on June 12th, 2019:<br \/>\n \t-Reeve Galloway<br \/>\n \t-Councillor Gade<br \/>\n \t-Councillor Foster<br \/>\n \t-Cheryle Zbirun IACAO<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses shall be paid in accordance with current municipal policies and by-laws.<br \/>\nCarried: <\/p>\n<p>****Reeve William Galloway returned to the meeting at 11:39 pm.<\/p>\n<p>15.\tDARRYL PIERREPONT<br \/>\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\nRESOLVED that we do hereby accept the following verbal reports regarding Council Committees and Communications;<br \/>\n \t-T. Kushniryk \u2013no report<br \/>\n \t-C. Blosha \u2013Library Meeting, Ratepayer Concern.<br \/>\n \t-M. Wills-no report<br \/>\n\t-D. Pierrepont-Settlement Services Meeting<br \/>\n \t-B. Gade-Pool Meeting, Fire complaint, Radio, SVSD-Letter of Support<br \/>\n \t-G.
