\nAND WHEREAS Swan Valley Sport Fishing Enhancement Inc. has, as a result, been forced to make last minute plans to hold its annual event that is normally held in the Centennial Arena, and has incurred extra expenses in order to do so;
\nTHEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Swan River grant Swan Valley Sport Fishing Enhancement Inc. the amount of extra expenses as approved by the CAO to the maximum amount of $2,500.00.
