and<br \/>\nWhere as the excavation needed for the proper and safe installation of the fuel tanks requires the safety parameter to include a portion of 6th Ave South, though the excavation doesn&#8217;t include any demolition of the road structure; therefore be it<br \/>\nRESOLVED the request from Minish construction to close 6th Ave Ave South in various hours from May 7th to May 14th, and for one full day during the tank installation projected to take place in the period of May 7th to May 14th;
